Carl and Jesse are yet another referral from some of our favorite wedding couples in Eugene, we were so excited when they invited us to photograph their super unique wedding on Wallowa Lake in Joseph Oregon.
The 7 hour drive was worth it 
You’ll see through some of our favorite images posted below that we captured the friendly deer, the condemned reception hall and the lake side ceremony for an awesome heartfelt wedding. Thank you both for a great day and renewing ceremony. “Monkey Bat Love” conquers all! (inside joke)
This was the easiest child we have ever photographed, he was so cute. Any time a camera was pointed in his direction he would smile Soooo Cute! Plus you’ll see during the ceremony he put up with the “where’s the ring prank”…

Each on either side of the sheet as to not see one another, pretty clever…
So, I know that I haven’t known Jesse very long, but as a photographer we do our best to understand our “subjects” or in a more flowery term we take a glimpse of there soul and capture it with our shutter, this image to me felt very true to Jesse. She looked her best when interacting with the friends and family around her, she is such a caring person that is full of life. And Carl compliments that part of her. I would like to think this image captured her quite well just prior to her walking down the isle.

This is Jesse’s Dad, doing a bold job marrying off his only daughter of 4 kids… he held a wonderful ceremony
Carl has the most charming smile, it was infectious Just such a joyous person..
There first dance was so great, they ready for dancing with the stars!
